What this site is
This site provides information about Aaru Pets LLC and a form for requesting service. It is an intake and information tool. It is not the agreement under which we provide service.
Submitting the form does not book service
When you submit the form, you are asking us to contact you. You are not booking service and we are not obligated to provide it.
Service begins only after we speak with you by phone, confirm we can serve your location, agree on price and timing, and you accept those terms in writing at the time of pickup. Either of us may decline before that point.
We may decline service for any lawful reason, including animals outside our size or species range, locations outside our service area, and circumstances that would be unsafe for our staff.
Service terms are separate
The terms governing the pickup, cremation, and return of your pet's remains are set out in the service authorization you sign at the time of pickup. That document controls the service itself, including identification procedures, timing, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Nothing on this website modifies or replaces that document. Where this site and the signed authorization differ, the signed authorization governs.
This site does not provide veterinary advice
Nothing on this site is veterinary, medical, or legal advice. If your pet is alive and in distress, contact a veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital. We provide post-death care only.
Pricing
We do not publish rates. Price depends on your location, drive time, the size of your pet, and how quickly you need the return. We quote you on the phone before any work begins. Any figure quoted verbally is confirmed in writing before pickup.
Information you give us
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to request service for the animal described. If someone else has an ownership interest in your pet, you confirm you have the authority to act.
Do not submit information about anyone else without their permission.
Availability
We aim to answer at all hours, and we do not guarantee it. If you do not reach us, leave a message and call again. This website may be unavailable at times for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
Our brand and content
The Aaru name and mark, along with the text, layout, and images on this site, belong to Aaru Pets LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aaru Pets LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our liability for anything connected to this website will not exceed one hundred dollars.
This limit applies to the website. It does not limit our obligations under a signed service authorization, and it does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute concerning this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
